San Diego Beaches
More than 70 miles of coastline form the western boundary of San Diego. Visit Coronado Beach for sparkling gold sand, the southern end of Black’s Beach for surf-worthy waves or Mission Bay for watersports from kayaking to water skiing.
Area Attractions
San Diego offers a mix of family friendly and adult-only attractions. The animals at SeaWorld San Diego and the San Diego Zoo love visitors. There’s also LEGOLAND California, the USS Midway Museum and Belmont Park. For more Southern California fun, take a daytrip north and enjoy Disneyland.
Downtown Dining
Travel & Leisure named San Diego one of “America’s best cities for foodies,” and you’ll soon see why. Fresh ingredients abound, thanks to a dedication to farm-to-table dining and local fishermen. You’ll also be drinking local in San Diego; small wineries and craft breweries are plentiful.
Arts & Culture
No less than fifteen museums can be found in Balboa Park alone. Photography, air and space, automobiles, local art, natural history and maritime history all have dedicated spaces throughout San Diego. You’ll also find galleries, theatre, year-round festivals and music.

With miles and miles of waterfront, it’s no surprise that sport fishing, sailing, scuba diving and surfing are popular with locals and tourists alike in San Diego. There are also over 90 golf courses within San Diego county, rock climbing and backcountry hiking. Or, take a seat at Petco Park to watch the Padres play.
