Dr. Sibel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Luke’s University. Currently, Dr. Sibel is on faculty at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he is actively engaged in medical education with special interests in trauma, disaster medicine, and ENT emergencies.
