COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) Update as of 3-16-20

In response to the concerns we are hearing about COVID-19 we want to keep our customers updated on our current status.

At the present time, we have cancelled our March 16-20, 2020 conference and notified registrants of their options by email.  Our conferences scheduled for March 23-27, 2020 and March 30 – April 3, 2020 have also been cancelled.  Any email will be sent to attendees soon outlining options.  If other changes occur,  we will post them immediately here on the website, and will send an email to registered attendees advising of any change in status.

In general for most cancelled or future conferences,  registered attendees that find they are no longer able to travel or attend in person we now offer a “live streaming” option that we can transfer you to.  Just send us an email to asking to be switched to streaming for your conference, and you will receive instructions for how to access.

If you prefer, we can transfer you to any future conference within the next 2 years instead, even if you are not yet sure which conference you wish to attend.  In that case, we will also add your choice of 4 AV courses worth 20 additional credits to your account.  Please reach out to with that request prior to the scheduled start of your conference and we will note that in your account.  Alternatively, we would be happy to substitute our A/V products for your registration if you would prefer.
