Gary Vilke, MD
Emeritus Professor
Dr. Vilke is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine. He serves as the vice chair of clinical operations for emergency medicine, oversees three emergency departments, and serves as the medical director for risk management for UCSD Health. He has 300 peer-reviewed publications, has written two textbooks and over 80 textbook chapters, and has mentored over 200 students, residents, fellows, and faculty.
