Dr. Yael Mauer is a Staff Physician in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Cleveland Clinic, specializing in obesity and metabolic diseases. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, Chair-elect of the Obesity Society’s Clinical Practice Committee, and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. She holds multiple education leadership roles, including Associate Program Director for the Obesity Fellowship and Internal Medicine Residency Program.
