During these unprecedented times, American Medical Seminars wants to honor and respect the comfortability of ALL in attendance, to include our speakers. We understand that personal health issues and concerns along with hospital policies and restrictions have put many in a position where they either cannot travel or they are forced to abide by quarantine requirements upon return.
We also know this doesn’t apply to everyone, and for those who can and wish to travel, we want to respect their need for time away, distraction free education and quite frankly, a break from all of this craziness.
With that said, we want to inform you that there is a high probability that some of our speakers will be unable to travel to our conference locations. In those instances, the presenting speakers will connect remotely in ‘real-time’ to present their lectures. You will still have the opportunity and ability to interact and get your questions answered.
This format will allow us to continue to hold our live conferences for those who are willing and able to travel, while also respecting those who choose not to. For our customers that prefer the comforts of their own home, we continue to offer these conferences in a live webinar format.
We look forward to things returning to normal, but until then, we thank you for your understanding as we navigate our way through this unchartered territory.
